 A fascinating moment it was to be introduced to the original deed of the Clos lands signed by King Edward the VII.  Over a century ago the Crown transferred the ownership of the lands to the Bronson and Robertson families of Ottawa. 450 acres,  

Only 2 cottages and boat houses were ever built plus a small cottage for the caretaker.

 One can envision how pristine and clear these deep lakes are today.   Today Clos de Sixte honors this heritage with a master plan highly sensitive to its environment, designed with very large waterfront and mountain estate lots.   Whichever lot you choose, access, privacy and sight lines are optimized, thanks to careful eco-conscious planning.
